Darren…- was extremely fast response via phone, messaging and emails- convenient appointment and on-time arrival- only charged $85 diagnostic fee (included with repairs) vs. very much higher fees charged elsewhere- was very thorough with customer repairs and estimates and explained in basic terms- used top quality materials/products to be included with repairs- gave multiple options for repairs depending on my needs/desires- used flat rate pricing, even if job took longer than expected, the price stayed the same- priced competitively- is an all-around nice guy!

Absolutely a fantastic experience. Our water heater broke on a Sunday (because of course it did). He came out that day, checked everything out, gave us an estimate (a few options to choose from) and started that day (he removed the old leaking heater). Then he came back today (on time) and got to work.He was respectful of our house and furnishings even though he had to go in and out several times.He kept me informed but basically just went about his business and was finished pretty quickly considering (it’s a tight space to work and the original setup was from the 70’s when they apparently didn’t have standards 😳).He had to do some re-piping(?) and everything looks so much better.I HIGHLY recommend him. I’m so glad we found him.
Called just before 2pm Sunday afternoon and got a hold of Darren for my leaking water heater. After few questions he was there by 3pm. Gave quotes and was out with broken heater by 430pm. Back Mon to replace at about 1130am and so by 3pm.
We have had excellent service with Darren at Perricone Services. Darren is responsive, knowledgeable, honest, transparent a d trustworthy. We had a pipe burst in our sunroom and he quickly diagnosed the issue and got right to work repairing it. As he was working he discovered that the damage was more extensive. Upon communicating this he worked with us to close off the pipes in the roo since the full repair was beyond our budget. Darren later worked with us to write up reports and communicate with our insurance.Darren provides consistent expertise and quality work and we highly recommend his company’s services.

I recently contacted Perricone after my water heater started leaking but was still functioning. Darren came in the same day at 4pm, explained the options, and replaced the heater the same night as well as the pressure reducing valve that went out. I thought the service was pricier than the market (but frank and upfront), but the service was excellent, and I felt like I could trust Darren to take care of my problem -- and he did an excellent job fixing my water heater the same night.
Darren just replaced our tankless hot water heater. I called on a weekend and he answered the phone and was out to diagnose the problem in short time. He explained the issues and provided multiple options with no sales pressure. When we had our basement finished, they spray foamed over the pipes and partially over the hot water heater. He basically had to dig it out. The work was clean and professional and at a reasonable rate.
I was having issues with my water heater so I reached out to Darren and he was able to give me a no pressure quote of both repairing and replacing. He made me feel very comfortable and took the time to go over the pros/cons of both. I ended up replacing with him and will be using him as my go to plumber.

We got estimates to install a new forced hot water, high efficiency boiler. Perricone Home Services was one of the companys we called. They did a great job explaining the process clearly so we knew what to expect. Their price was fair, so we signed up with them. The boiler was installed in one day. All the guys were friendly, respectful and they left the work space spotless. All together we had a great experience.
We called Perricone because we had no heat. Darren, the technician, did a great job getting our heat back on. We have a 40 year old boiler that we didn't want to replace just yet. He figured out what the problem was, repaired it, and got our heat back on and running for the winter.
We had a no heat emergency and decided to call Perricone Home Services. They answered the phone immediately and had a plumber out within the hour. There were a couple of parts on our boiler that had failed. Luckily, Darren, the technician, had all the proper parts in his truck and got the heat up and running that night. My water heater broke and Darren came out that day to survey the problem and give an estimate. We used that opportunity to replace our boiler (very needed) and Darren was able to complete the whole job in two days. He had to come back on day 3 to fix another gas leak he found while installing everything and replacing a piece of equipment that was DOA. He was great to work with, hard working, installed everything neatly, and explained everything clearly. The price was appropriate for the amount of work being done.
Had a sump pump failure over a holiday weekend. Perricone responded quickly and had a functional temporary fix installed that afternoon. Returned in a couple days to install a permanent solution with a battery backup system. Very quick, efficient, and professional service.
